I swear, there’s nothing more beautiful than a sunny day in Seattle- and the sunshine came out for Maia and Kevin’s wedding last weekend. The day started off great with a restaurant that was closed (see first frame) offered to let us come inside and then gave them champagne! We then hopped into a car and had a few hours to drive around to different spots in Seattle for portraits. We even made a pit stop in the shoe store to find Maia better walking shoes. It was such a treat to get to go to a bunch of different spots and get a lot of variety in their photos!
They got married at the Olympic Sculpture Park at the Bill and Melinda Gates Amphitheater during some of the most beautiful ceremony light I’ve ever seen. Their dog, Banjo, was looking stylish in his collar and bow tie. It was so much fun hanging out with these two and their family and friends. I am so happy that I was chosen to be a part of such an important day in their lives. Thank you, Maia and Kevin, for an incredible weekend- one I’m not soon to forget.
I can’t even handle it:
Can’t get enough of these two, or Banjo? Check out their Whidbey Island engagement session HERE.
Also a big thanks to Stephanie Dolen for being my sidekick second shooter on Saturday!
